Returns and Exchanges

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases, and want you to enjoy your items and continue shopping with us. If something isn't right we will send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style.

Returns - By Post

Items purchased from Sybil’s online store may be returned to Sybil’s Webstore and/or exchanged.

Please make sure you enclose your receipt and merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags still attached.

Please return the merchandise by registered mail and allow two (2) weeks from the day you return your merchandise for your account to be credited.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges.

You must return a faulty product within 30 days of receipt of the faulty product.

To Stores

For your convenience items purchased online by customers within Australia may be returned for an exchange or creditwithin 14 days of purchase, to any Sybil’s store.

All items requiring an exchange must be accompanied by an original receipt and the credit card you used when you ordered.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags still attached.
